A rebooking fee of $35.00 will be charged for any cancelled room reservation.
Refunds may be made for cancellations 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. For some holidays and October a 30 day cancellation will apply. Early departures fall within our cancellation policy. Cancellation of some or all of your reservation within the cancellation period, up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival, will result in the loss of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival day, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation unless we are able to rebook the entire reservation.
We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.
Most weekends, we require a two-night stay. Some weekends, including holidays and the month of October, require a three-night minimum for weekends.

No smoking is permitted except on outdoor ground floor porches and decks. A separate fee of $350 per day will be charged to anyone who smokes inside the Inn to cover cleaning, dry cleaning, or replacement of fabrics, upholstery, or furniture.
No candles, oil lamps, or any open flame devices are permitted in guest suites or rooms at any time.
Guests will be held responsible and will be charged for repair or replacement or damages or losses to linens, towels, furniture, furnishings , or other items.
The Inn is not generally appropriate for young children. However, families with well-behaved children, age 12 or older, can be accommodated in the suites in our Carriage House.
Well-behaved dogs can be accommodated in some suites in our Carriage House. Reservations that include a pet are subject to specific agreement and additional fee. Please ask for details.
Check-in time: 3pm-7pm. Other times may be accommodated by prior agreement.
Check-out time: 11am.
