Hyde Park Suite

In London, Hyde Park is a large green space that includes a lake, horseback riding paths, the recently renovated Albert Memorial commissioned by Queen Victoria in memory of her beloved Prince Albert. At its east end, you'll find Speaker's Corner where any time of day, people will be regaling any passers-by with heartfelt speeches on almost any subject imaginable. At the park's west end are Kensington Palace and the trendy, shoppers paradise Kensington High Street.

Our newly decorated suite is just over 350 sq. feet and has a private entrance at ground level. You step into a cozy sitting room decorated in light floral arabesque wallpaper. It features a working fireplace with a raised, tiled hearth topped by an opulent blue and gold framed mirror. A 26" widescreen LCD TV and DVD/VCR are located on a custom- built bookcase near the fireplace while a refrigerator and Flavia beverage maker are tucked into the cabinetry. The comfortable upholstered loveseat also opens into a twin size bed.

A separate bedroom is quietly located at the rear of the suite. Complete with 12' high cathedral ceiling, it features a king size bed with custom headboard. Coordinated custom-made bed draperies, bed linens and down duvet evoke enchanting gardens with subtle sage green and muted gold stripes, sophisticated embroidered paisleys and damasks ...like a soothing breath of fresh air in the English countryside. French doors lead out from the bedroom to a small, private porch.

The tiled bath includes a Whirlpool tub and four-head body spray shower and British towel warmer. The Hyde Park suite is barrier-free.
