Inn Policies

Making a reservation at Abbington Green Bed & Breakfast Inn is a verbal contract between you (the guest) and the Inn. The inn agrees to guarantee the guest will have accommodations, and the guest guarantees payment subject to the cancellation policy stated below and any terms that are agreed upon over the phone or internet. Each reservation must be guaranteed with advance deposit by check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. One night's deposit is required; for longer stays, one-half of the total reservation. A rebooking fee of $35.00 wll be charged for any cancelled room reservation.

Your room is guaranteed with a deposit for one night's accommodation or, for longer stays, one half the total reservation. Refunds will be made for cancellations 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. A fee of $35. will be charged. Early departures fall within our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay. For some holidays and October - a 30 day cancellation will apply. When making a rerservation, please remember that you are making a committment to us and we are making one to you.

Most weekends, we require a two-night stay. Some weekends, including holidays and the month of October, require a three-night minimum for weekends.

Rates posted may be subject to change without prior notification.

No smoking is permitted except on outdoor porches and decks, A separate fee of $350. per day will be charged to anyone who smokes inside the Inn to cover cleaning, dry cleaning or replacement of fabrics, upholstery or furniture.

No candles, oil lamps or any open flame devices are permitted in guest suites or rooms at any time.

For damages or losses caused by Guests to linens, towels, furniture, furnishings or other items, Guests will be held responsible and will be charged for repair or replacement

The Inn is not generally appropriate for young children. However, families with well-behaved children can be accommodated in the suites in our Carriage House.

In general, pets cannot be accommodated. However, well-behaved dogs can be accommodated in some suites in our Carriage House, subject to specific agreement and additional fee. Please ask for details.

Check-In time: 4pm-7pm. Other times may be accommodated by prior agreement.
Check-out time: 11am.
