Well-behaved dogs can be accommodated in 2 suites in the Carriage House: Grosvenor Square and Hyde Park. We also have a fenced dog-run area at the back of the property for your use. A fee of $30 plus tax to cover additional cleaning will be applied.

Guests will be asked to agree to the following:

• Abbington Green Bed & Breakfast Inn agrees to allow the guest who signs an agreement to keep his/her pet(s) in the suite with the guest for the agreed-upon fee.
• The guest agrees to keep the pet(s) under supervision and control at all times and to crate or put the pet(s) in a closed bathroom whenever the guest is not in the suite.
• The guest is responsible for any and all damage incurred and will pay Abbington Green Bed & Breakfast Inn promptly for damages.
• The guest agrees to hold harmless Abbington Green Bed & Breakfast Inn, its owner, employees and guests for any occurrences involving the pet(s).

Service Animal Policy

We accept service dogs that are trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities per ADA guidelines. The tasks the service dog performs must directly relate to the person’s disability.

Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not allowed, except in our 2 dog-friendly suites in the carriage house (Hyde Park Suite and Grosvenor Square Suite). These terms are used to describe animals that provide comfort just by being with a person. Because they are not trained to perform a specific job or task, they do not qualify as service animals under ADA guidelines.
