A beautiful addition to the Holiday spirit in Asheville, North Carolina came overnight. It’s a gorgeous dusting of snow. Not enough snow to slow things down very much, but enough to get some lovely photos at the Bed and Breakfast and to make the Montford Historic District in Asheville, NC even more magical.

Truth-be-told, this has always been my favorite kind of snowfall, what I call, “designer snow”! It’s around just long enough to remind you of the Nutcracker Ballet, of Christmas cookies and Gingerbread Houses, of Christmas cards…and then it’s gone and the driving is back to normal.
